Research first. Then the growth it points to.

We are licensed in Dubai for Marketing Research & Consultancies, and that is where every engagement starts. What follows — strategy, creative, campaigns, measurement — is built on what the research found.

Marketing research & consultancies

Find out what is actually true before spending against it.

Most e-commerce growth problems are diagnosed by guesswork. Our licensed activity — and the first half of our work — is establishing the facts: the category, the competitors, the customers and the economics.

Market & category research

Category sizing, demand trends, channel landscape and the competing offers a brand is really up against — desk research combined with first-party data from the brand's own accounts.

Customer & audience research

Surveys, interviews and behavioural analysis to establish who is buying, why they chose this brand over another, and which segments are worth spending against.

Offer & pricing studies

Testing price points, bundles, guarantees and positioning statements to find the offer construction that converts without eroding margin.

Growth consultancy

A diagnostic of the current funnel and unit economics, then a prioritised roadmap: which channels to run, in what order, at what budget, and what each is expected to return.

Execution

Then we run it

Research that ends in a slide deck is worth very little. We stay on to build the creative, run the campaigns and report the results — so the strategy is tested against real spend rather than left as a recommendation.

Performance marketing

Campaign structure, audience and channel strategy, budget pacing and daily management across paid social and paid search, reported against contribution margin.

Creative & content production

Positioning and messaging, ad creative, product and lifestyle content, landing-page copy and the asset library needed to keep testing at volume.

Analytics & reporting

Tracking and attribution setup, dashboard build, and a monthly report that reconciles marketing performance to the numbers the client's finance team already uses.

Retention & lifecycle

Email and SMS programme design, segmentation, flow build and testing, aimed at repeat purchase rate rather than one-off acquisition.

Engagement & billing

How work is scoped, priced and billed

Three commercial models cover everything we do. In each case the fee, the currency, the billing frequency and the cancellation route are agreed in writing before any payment is taken.

Research project

Fixed fee

A defined piece of research or a growth diagnostic with a written brief, an agreed delivery date and a presented findings document.

  • Scope and fee agreed before we start
  • Billed on delivery of the findings
  • One round of review included

Growth retainer

Monthly fee

Ongoing strategy, campaign management and reporting for a brand, with an agreed set of monthly deliverables and a named team.

  • Fixed monthly deliverables
  • Billed in advance, monthly
  • Cancellable on the notice stated in the scope

Project engagement

Milestone fee

A bounded build — a launch, a creative programme, a measurement rebuild — with named milestones and written acceptance criteria.

  • Milestone-based invoicing
  • Written acceptance criteria
  • Change control on any scope change

Fees, media spend and payment

Who pays us. Our client is the brand. The brand is invoiced directly for the work described in its scope of work, and no third party settles on its behalf.

Currency. Fees are quoted and invoiced in USD unless a different currency is stated in the scope of work. Card statements reference VANTACRYPT DIGITAL.

Media spend. Where we manage paid media, clients fund the advertising platforms directly wherever the platform permits. Where media is bought on a client's behalf, it is invoiced at cost, itemised separately from our fees and supported by platform statements.

Recurring charges. Retainer amount, billing interval and notice period are disclosed before the engagement starts, and the client can cancel in line with the scope of work.

Scope limits

What we do not do

Being explicit about the boundary matters as much as describing the offer. Despite the company name, we are a marketing agency — we provide no financial, payment or virtual-asset services of any kind, to clients or to anyone else.

  • Collecting, holding or routing payments on behalf of client brands
  • Acting as merchant of record, payment facilitator or reseller for a third party
  • Investment, brokerage, lending or money-transmission services
  • Virtual-asset issuance, exchange, custody or brokerage
  • Guaranteed revenue, ranking or return-on-ad-spend promises
  • Any activity listed in our Acceptable Use Policy
