01Purpose
Vantacrypt Digital FZCO is a marketing agency working with brands across multiple markets. This policy states plainly what we will not do, which businesses we will not market or represent, and what we will not accept from clients or suppliers.
It exists for three reasons: to keep us within the law of every market we operate in, to meet the obligations we owe our banking and payment partners, and to protect the people who buy from us. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions, and breaching it is a material breach of those Terms.
02Prohibited business categories
We do not market, advertise, promote, represent or provide services to businesses engaged in any of the following:
- weapons, ammunition, explosives, and their components or accessories;
- narcotics, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, and unapproved or unlicensed pharmaceuticals;
- tobacco, vaping and nicotine products where prohibited, and any product marketed to minors;
- adult content, adult services and any sexually explicit material;
- gambling, betting, lotteries, sweepstakes and games of chance played for money or money's worth;
- counterfeit goods, replicas, and any product infringing a trademark, copyright or patent;
- unlicensed financial services, money transmission, currency exchange, cash-advance schemes, and unregistered securities or investment offerings;
- virtual-asset issuance, exchange, custody or brokerage, and initial-coin or token offerings;
- multi-level marketing, pyramid and matrix schemes, "get rich quick" programmes and guaranteed-return offers;
- endangered species, protected wildlife, ivory, and products derived from them;
- human remains, human organs, and any product or service involving human trafficking, forced labour or child labour;
- stolen goods, hacking tools, credential dumps, malicious software and services designed to defeat security controls;
- essay mills, fraudulent documents, forged identification and academic or professional credential fraud;
- deceptive or unsubstantiated health, medical and miracle-cure claims, and unapproved medical devices; and
- any goods, service or counterparty subject to trade sanctions or export controls administered by the United Arab Emirates, the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States.
03Prohibited conduct
When engaging us or using this website, you must not:
- use them for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches the law of your country or of the United Arab Emirates;
- provide false, misleading or incomplete information, or impersonate another person or entity;
- use a payment method you are not authorised to use, settle our invoices through an unrelated third party, or attempt to launder funds or disguise the origin of funds;
- ask us to route, collect or hold payments on your behalf, or to present ourselves as merchant of record, payment facilitator or reseller for your business;
- ask us to make claims about a product that are untrue, unsubstantiated or prohibited in the market the advertising will run in;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data, or probe, scan or test their security;
- introduce viruses, malware or any code intended to disrupt or damage our systems or those of our customers;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from our websites without our written permission;
- interfere with the operation of our services, including through denial-of-service activity or excessive automated requests;
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person; or
- harass, threaten or abuse our staff, our suppliers or other customers.
04Content standards
Any material you submit to us — including product reviews, support messages, creative assets and material supplied for a service engagement — must be accurate, must be lawful, must not infringe anyone's rights, and must not be defamatory, obscene, discriminatory or threatening. You must hold all rights necessary in the material you provide. We may remove any submitted content that breaches these standards.
05Counterparty standards
We apply the same standards to the businesses we work with. Before entering into a supplier or client relationship we assess, in line with our AML, KYC & Sanctions Statement:
- the nature and lawfulness of the counterparty's business;
- its ownership and control structure;
- sanctions and adverse-media exposure; and
- whether its activity falls within any category listed in this policy.
Where a counterparty falls within a prohibited category, or refuses to provide the information we reasonably request, we decline the relationship.
06Enforcement
Where we identify a breach of this policy we may take any of the following steps, in proportion to the seriousness of the breach:
- decline or discontinue an engagement;
- pause a live campaign or withhold a deliverable pending verification;
- terminate the agreement with immediate effect;
- report the matter to law-enforcement, to a regulator, or to our banking and payment partners where we are obliged to do so; and
- take legal action to recover losses.
We keep records of enforcement decisions, and we will not restore a relationship terminated for a serious breach.
07Reporting a concern
If you believe this policy is being breached — by a customer, a supplier, or by us — report it to info@vantacrypt.com with as much detail as you can. Reports are reviewed by the company's management, and we acknowledge every report within one business day. Reports may be made in confidence.
